As time goes by, it has becoming evident that the Portland Cement Zambia mafias are indeed a bunch of corrupt people whose interest is only monetary in nature. By now, all the people of Zambia and worldwide would have accessed the article which was published by Zambia Reports in December. The article made a claim that under the management of Ital Terrazzo Limited the factory has been achieved great success by becoming employer of the year.
However, the truth needs to be told and every Zambian is bound to realize that Zambia Reports is simply acting as a public relation tool for the Ventriglia family. The infamous Italian Mafias have been claiming that they own 100% stake of the Portland Cement Zambia, but when it comes to proving the same in the court, there are nowhere seen interested. As per verified reports, it has been seen that Antonio Ventriglia has skipped three hearing sessions last year. In return a medical certificate has been produced in the Court that suggests his ‘poor health’ condition.
The whole scenario took an ugly turn in September 2016 when the Court had asked Mr. and Mrs. Ventriglia to be present. The date was also mentioned- from 27th to 30th September 2016. As per the habit, the Ventriglias fled the nation on 21st September 2016. What should the people of Zambia infer from the same? A person who would be genuinely interested in having his factory back would leave everything aside and look forward to prove his point in the Court. But then, it would require them to present credible evidence for the claim, which is in the present case is impossible to find. They have simply stated that Dr. Rajan Mahtani had forged signatures in the ownership document of Zambezi Portland Cement. Apart from this allegation they have nothing else to say. So, with this New Year will they have the courage to face the Zambian Law?
