The time has come when the list of conspiracy is finally put to an end. There have been countless number of attacks on Dr. Rajan Mahtani through the media and Zambia Reports has actively participated in the defamation campaign. However, with the power of judicial review most of the fabricated stories have vanished and there is a moment of silence among the conspirators as they are clueless at the moment.
On June 2 2015, there were numerous publications from Zambia Reports which mocked the former Finance Bank Chairman and tried to portray that the Zambezi Portland Cement Factory is in the right hands. The celebrations were cut short within a few days when the accused was released from the jail and on June 25 2015 the Lusaka High Court granted the permission for a judicial review whereby the arrest can be questioned.
May it be a question against the IPO of the Finance Bank or about the feasibility of investment in FBZ, the conspirators had tried every single idea to ensure that they are able to suppress the truth and spread the rumors which would induce the public to believe that the Ventriglia family are the best people to manage the affairs of the ZPC. Nevertheless, their efforts were flushed out in one single go when the truth was unleashed and justice was served to Dr. Mahtani.
As of now, it has become obvious that the Zambia Repots has run out of options and are finding it difficult to sustain a positive image. The people of Zambia and Africa now wait to see the actual power of judicial review. It is a well-known fact that the arrest of Dr. Mahtani was based on a senseless ground as a permanently closed case was reopened by disrespecting the African Law.
