The conspirators are back into business as a new article is flashed in Zambia Reports that talks about how Dr. Rajan Mahtani has faced a defeat in the Court. The article goes on to discuss that the Portland Cement Zambia shall continue to stay under the rule of Ital Terrazzo Limited and how Dr. Mahtani had obtained control over the cement factory through fraud. Needless to say, the whole article is yet another exercise of PR power by the conspirators to try and influence the people of Zambia with fabricated content.
The reality is known to all, and by now it has become evident that the people of Zambia have realized who the actual conspirators are. The group of Saki, ZR and Ventriglia family have jointly caused the flourishing cement company to collapse within matter of months. The factory lost its original management in April 2015 and since then, has been continuously facing losses and hazards of mismanagement. In December 2015, it was reported that the factory has stopped all its operations and has been constantly subject to diversion of assets to third companies.
Portland Cement Zambia has been one of the most rewarding cement producing facility in Zambia. Under the management of Finsbury Investments, it has not only managed to outcompete other competitors, but had also set a new benchmark for itself. However, since the conspirators have taken over the factory there has been no growth or profit generation. Loot, fund outflow and cash mismanagement has become the most probable outcome. By publishing rubbish contents with meaningless conclusions, Zambia Reports is only creating a path for self-destruction. Whether it is the President of Zambia or any Law Governing Body, no one will want a nation’s asset to be wasted in such a manner that the locals as well as the economy of the country is affected.
