As we all know that Zambia has been struck by the sad event of Mrs Mohnibhai Lekhraj Mahtani’s demise, there are few questions which are already popping up in the related context. It is being circulated that Dr. Rajan Mahtani is shattered with his mother’s departure and at present is not in a position to consider about the legal battle for Portland Cement Zambia or the defamation campaign against him. All that he knows at the moment is that Zambia’s needs him and his brothers are waiting to find employment.
In the meanwhile, the conspirators may find it a good opportunity to force their way into the case and try to have complete ownership of Portland Cement Zambia. In the past, we all have seen how the lawyer of the Ventriglia family was desperate to force changes in PACRA’s record without even having it approved from the Court. Nevertheless, it should better be said that Dr. Rajan Mahtani is a soldier who is fighting for Zambia’s future. All have witnessed the carnage which has been promoted in the Portland Cement Zambia under the reign of the Ventriglias and how they have managed to leak out the assets of the factory to dummy companies.
Given the shame that the conspirators have brought for themselves, it is obvious that hardly any person would like to extent his support to them, unless his name is Sakwiba Sikota. Over the years, the Ventriglias have grown in confidence and the primary reason behind it is the support few locals whose thirst for money overrides everything else.
Dr. Mahtani was nurtured by Mrs Mohnibhai Lekhraj Mahtani and under her upbringing it is obvious that he will do anything to preserve the dignity of Zambia. If you still think that Portland Cement Zambia will be won by the conspirators, then you have never understood a will power of a true Zambian!
