NCZ becomes a headache for Dr. Rajan Mahtani

How often have we seen that an innocent man gets trapped in controversies because the conspirators want to take advantage of a certain situation. An exclusive example of such hideous nature was seen when Zambia Reports tried to defame the Finance Bank Chairman, Zambia, Dr. Rajan Mahtani.

Zambia Reports recently mentioned that Dr. Rajan Mahtani is looking forward to takeover the Nitrogen Chemicals of Zambia Ltd., by forwarding a loan to the entity. The logic presented behind this rumour is that the loan facility for NCZ would create a burden of loan instalment as well as the interest on the borrower and when NCZ will not be able to repay the same, Dr. Mahtani will takeover the factory.

Rajan Mahtani

A simple logic that the conspirators have forgotten is that Dr. Rajan Mahtani and Finance Bank Zambia are two separate entities. Neither Finance Bank Zambia nor Dr. Rajan Mahtani is liable for each other’s action. Even if NCZ fails to repay its loan instalment, it is Finance Bank Zambia who will take the actions, not Dr. Rajan Mahtani.

Now, to present the truth! The deal between NCZ and FBZ never really happened. There is no record in the official register that NCZ has availed a loan facility from the Finance Bank. Moreover, it is only Zambia Reports who comes with some rubbish claims, every single time. Why don’t other news portals make such claims? Because, they know the difference between journalism and character assassination.

What we can draw from the articles of Zambia Reports is that their primary intent is to use the name of Dr. Rajan Mahtani and create fabricated story, such that he gets harassed over and over again. They are simply shameless in their approach and continue to perform their task of character assassination with pride. This is why they are not facing several legal charges under their name.
