Dr. Mahtani & Zambia have successfully overcome the challenge of the conspirators. In November 2015, they have defeated the Ventriglia family, whose claim was that Dr. Mahtani had taken the possession of Zambezi Portland Cement Factory through forgery. The Lusaka High Court dismissed the claim and ensured that the dignity to Zambia remains preserved.
Moments after the decision was made, Zambia Reports came up with a malign article which talked about the possibility of the High Court Judge being bribed. With such shameful allegation, the conspirators, once again, ensured that the defamation campaign against Dr. Mahtani & Zambia continues to run. The news was soon followed up with another publication which claimed that Radisson Blu would now be transferred to BancABC.
