The conspirators have tired their level best to ensure that they stay in the game and show themselves as the actual owner of Portland Cement Zambia. For this purpose, they have managed to create stories and publish them in Zambia Reports with a view to confuse the people and avail the maximum advantage of misleading the locals. However, the game has unfortunately come to end for them as the officials papers have made their way in for public display.
The official document offers some exclusive insight into the deals and relationship which the family shares at the moment. First of all, it was learnt that the inception of Portland Cement Zambia was possible because Dr. Rajan Mahtani agreed towards offering his inclusion in the project. A sum of US $ 24 million was required to develop the cement plant and it was not possible for Ital Terrazzo Limited to raise the same without Dr. Mahtani & Zambia. Secondly, it was learnt that Mahtanis and the Ventriglias were family friends. It was this friendship that resulted into a business relationship.
Zambia has been cursed with dirty politics, it has often been seen that political parties indirectly help businesses to breed corruption and in the middle of these affairs, it is the innocent citizens who suffer. Dr. Mahtani & Zambia can clearly see that the poor workers are the worst suffers as they have been thrown out of the factory and remain jobless since December 2015. Presently, the Zambezi Portland Cement has stopped its production and is carrying out no business. All the assets have been either sold or been transferred to dummy companies whereby the company is on the verge of collapsing.
