Dr. Rajan Mahtani And Finance Bank Win Big At The Supreme Court

The recent case between Simaata and Finance Bank Zambia had everybody in town talking. Finance Bank Zambia was accused of fraud and unethical practices by Simaata Simaata. The bank, which is founded by Dr. Rajan Mahtani, had never been accused of similar charges. As a result, the accusations divided the nation into supporters and haters of the bank.

Dr. Mahtani & FBZ

It is not often to see Dr. Mahtani to come out and defend his present or past establishments rigorously. He has always maintained a calm and composed attitude and in spite of the regular allegations and defamation campaigns against him, have never tried to teach his conspirators any lesson. These conspirators, on the other hand, have always taken advantage of his silence as his weaknesses and kept attacking him continuously. In a similar pattern, Finance Bank Zambia was attacked. Simaata went to various courts in Zambia and provided wrongful testimonials against the bank as well as Dr. Rajan Mahtani. Since the testimonials were given at the court house, these were taken seriously and inquiries against the bank started soon. When the bank started losing good clients and its businesses started to hamper, Dr. Rajan Mahtani and the bank decided to take action against Simaata. By testifying against the bank, Simaata was essentially breaking the contract terms he had earlier signed with the bank and as a result, his accusations were meaningless.

The bank approached Supreme Court Zambia, the highest court of the nation. Two judges were assigned to resolve the matter and the case went for months. During the trial, Finance Bank had to suffer several losses due to constant attack and fake campaigns from its conspirators who took the opportunity from the ongoing investigation. However, the verdict from Supreme Court changed the course. The judges announced Simaata Simaata and guilty and Finance Bank was the clear winner in this case. Since then, the conspirators have retracted their campaigns and fake news stories.
