It has been noticed that conspiracies against Dr. Rajan Mahtani & his associations have declined in the past few weeks. Conspirators are also staying low. There has not been any big campaign or damaging news spread across sold media channels and published. All these can be attributed to Dr. Mahtani & Finance Bank’s recent win at the Supreme Court. Finance Bank Zambia recently sued Simaata Simaata at the Supreme Court Zambia. The bank took the drastic step of going to Supreme Court as the bank was unsure of right justice at lower courts. Dr. Mahtani has always been a calm and composed individual. Even though the conspirators keep on targeting him and accusing him falsely, we have never seen his retaliate or take stringent actions against these conspirators. He has always believed in hard work and continues to do so.
However, there are times when even the most silent person is bound to raise his voice against the wrong doers. Simaata’s activities were resulting in bad reputation for the bank. He had earlier signed an agreement with the bank. However, he failed to honor the agreement and broke it at several occasions. He gave damaging testimonials to courts against the bank. He further released sensitive statements to local newspaper. All these activities forced the bank to take action against Simaata. As a result, the bank took support from Dr. Rajan Mahtani band launched the case against Simaata at the Supreme Court.
While Simaata also fought to defend himself at the court, he could not save himself from rightful judgement. As per the judges, Simaata did in fact breach the contract at several occasions that resulted in negative reputation for the bank. He was asked to pay fine for violating the agreement. He has been warned by the law not to involve in similar unlawful practices in near future.
